Michael Fiorelli is an LA-based Italian-American chef best known for his California-centric interpretations of Italian dishes and flavors. Prior to joining Boujis Group, Fiorelli spent four years receiving critical praise helming the kitchen at Love & Salt in Manhattan Beach. A seasoned chef with extensive experience in some of the country’s top kitchens, Fiorelli's culinary resume also includes stints at The Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, 3-Star Michelin Inn at Little Washington in Virginia, Mark's City Place in West Palm Beach, Simon LA in Los Angeles, and mar'sel at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
